Payments and Fees

4.1 Fees and Payment

Program fees are as set out at the time of enrolment and on the applicable program page of the Site. All fees are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Atlia Learning reserves the right to modify fees at any time; however, any change in fee will not affect enrolments that have already been confirmed in writing.

Payment is due in accordance with the payment schedule agreed at enrolment — either in full prior to program commencement, or via an approved instalment plan. Atlia Learning does not charge interest on approved instalment plans. All payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment providers; Atlia Learning does not store payment card details.

4.2 Refund Policy

Atlia Learning operates the following refund policy, subject to the conditions below:

Refund Window Refund Amount Conditions
Within 7 days of enrolment (before program start) 100% of fees paid Written request submitted to hello@atlialearning.com
7–14 days after program commencement 50% of total program fee Written request; no more than 2 live sessions attended
After 14 days from program commencement No refund All fees remain due and payable under any instalment plan

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@atlialearning.com within the applicable refund window. Refunds, where approved, will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Atlia Learning reserves the right to deny refund requests where it reasonably believes the refund policy is being abused.

4.3 Failed or Late Payments

Where a learner is on an instalment plan and fails to make a scheduled payment, Atlia Learning reserves the right to suspend access to program materials and live sessions until payment is received. Continued non-payment may result in termination of access and any remaining balance becoming immediately due and payable.

4.4 Taxes

You are solely responsible for any taxes, levies, or duties applicable to your purchase in your jurisdiction. Atlia Learning will collect applicable taxes where required by law. Fees quoted on the Site may be exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

05

Intellectual Property

5.1 Atlia Learning's Intellectual Property

5.3 Learner-Created Content

By submitting Learner Content, you grant Atlia Learning a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and reproduce such content for internal assessment, quality assurance, and — with your consent — promotional purposes (such as case studies or success stories).

06

Limitation of Liability

⚖️ Key Provision — Please Read Carefully
This section limits Atlia Learning's financial liability to you. It does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction, which cannot be excluded or limited by contract.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Atlia Learning, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you or any third party for:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
  • Loss of business opportunities or contracts;
  • Failure to obtain employment or a specific job outcome following completion of a program;
  • Any damages arising from reliance on information or content provided through the Services;

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, Atlia Learning's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Atlia Learning in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. Consumer protection rights available under UK law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015) and applicable US state consumer protection statutes are not affected by these Terms.

08

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. Atlia Learning expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement;

The above disclaimers apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties; in such jurisdictions, the above exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Our commitment to quality Notwithstanding the above, Atlia Learning is committed to delivering high-quality, industry-relevant education and career support. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our Services, please contact us at hello@atlialearning.com and we will make every reasonable effort to address your concern.
09

Third-Party Links and Services

The Site and program materials may contain links to third-party websites, tools, platforms, and services ("Third-Party Services") that are not owned or controlled by Atlia Learning. Examples include scheduling tools, video conferencing platforms, coding environments, cloud provider consoles, and external learning resources.

Atlia Learning has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, security practices, or conduct of any Third-Party Services. The inclusion of a link to a Third-Party Service does not imply our endorsement of that service or any association with its operators.

You access and use Third-Party Services entirely at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions applicable to those services. We strongly encourage you to read the terms of service and privacy policies of any Third-Party Service you visit or use in connection with our programs.

Any transactions, exchanges of information, or agreements entered into between you and any third party found through or linked to from the Services are solely between you and that third party. Atlia Learning shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of any dealings with Third-Party Services.

10

Account Responsibilities

To access certain features of the Services — including program materials, live sessions, and career support — you may be required to create an account or learner profile ("Account"). By creating an Account, you agree to the following:

10.1 Accuracy of Information

You represent and warrant that all information you provide when creating or updating your Account — including your name, email address, professional background, and program preferences — is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and current.

10.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account. You agree to:

  • Use a strong, unique password for your Account and not share it with any third party;
  • Notify Atlia Learning immediately at hello@atlialearning.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account;
  • Ensure that you log out of your Account at the end of each session when accessing the Services from a shared device;
  • Not allow any other person to access the Services using your credentials.

Atlia Learning will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above security obligations. You may be held liable for losses incurred by Atlia Learning or other users due to a breach of this section.

10.3 One Account Per Learner

Each Account is issued to a single named individual and may not be shared, transferred, or reassigned to any other person without the prior written consent of Atlia Learning. Program access is non-transferable. Any attempt to transfer or sell Account access will result in immediate termination of the Account without refund.

11

Termination

11.1 Termination by Atlia Learning

Atlia Learning reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Services — including any enrolment — at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

  • You have violated any provision of these Terms or our Privacy Policy;
  • You have engaged in conduct that Atlia Learning reasonably determines to be harmful to other learners, mentors, or the Atlia Learning community;
  • You have failed to make payment in accordance with your enrolment agreement;
  • Atlia Learning reasonably suspects fraudulent activity or misuse of the Services;
  • Continued provision of access is required to be discontinued by applicable law or regulation.

In cases of serious or wilful violation of these Terms (including academic dishonesty, harassment, or fraud), termination shall be immediate and no refund will be payable. In other cases, Atlia Learning will endeavour to provide reasonable notice and an opportunity to remedy the breach before terminating access.

11.2 Termination by You

You may terminate your use of the Services at any time by ceasing to use the Site and, where applicable, submitting a written request to close your Account. Termination of your Account does not automatically entitle you to a refund of any fees paid. Refunds are governed exclusively by the Refund Policy set out in Section 4.2.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your access — whether by you or by Atlia Learning — your licence to access program materials will immediately cease. Atlia Learning may, at its discretion, retain records of your enrolment and any completed assessments for the periods set out in our Privacy Policy. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in full force and effect, including Sections 5 (Intellectual Property), 7 (Limitation of Liability), 8 (Disclaimer of Warranties), and 12 (Governing Law).

12

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
