What Our Community Is Saying

Focused feedback on the pillars that matter most — mentors, projects, curriculum, and career support.

FAQ

Your Questions Answered

Yes. Every story, testimonial, and salary outcome on this page is sourced from real Atlia graduates. Names are used with explicit consent. Salary figures reflect verified outcomes shared voluntarily by graduates during our quarterly alumni surveys or via direct correspondence with our career team. We do not inflate or manufacture outcomes — our reputation depends on publishing honest results.
Atlia's career support spans portfolio reviews, LinkedIn and GitHub profile optimisation, targeted job search strategy (role-specific, company-specific, market-specific), resume and cover letter development, mock technical interviews conducted by your mentor, and job-offer negotiation guidance. Crucially, our career team stays active until you accept an offer — there is no graduation-day cutoff on support.
Many of our best outcomes come from learners who started with zero technical background. Natalie P. came from marketing. Fatima O. came from finance. Aiden L. was an IT support technician. What matters is commitment and consistency over the program duration — not prior coding experience. Our curriculum is designed to build from foundational to advanced, and your mentor knows how to calibrate the pace based on your starting point.
Most learners begin receiving interview calls within 4–8 weeks of completing their program, assuming they've engaged fully with the career sprint phase. Many receive offers within 90 days of graduation. The fastest outcomes we've seen (including mentor-introduced opportunities) have happened before graduation. The slowest legitimate outcomes — for learners in more competitive markets or making larger career pivots — have taken 5–6 months. There is no one-size answer, but 87% of our graduates secure a qualifying role within 6 months.
Yes, projects are a core component of every Atlia program — not optional add-ons. Every cohort week includes a project brief assigned by your mentor, reviewed with detailed written feedback before the next session. Every program culminates in a capstone project that is portfolio-ready and publicly deployable. Learners typically graduate with 3–6 significant projects depending on their domain and program track (PCP vs. PGP).
Both. Atlia mentors are not just content deliverers — they are career advisors embedded in your program experience. From the first week, your mentor helps you identify target roles and companies. Throughout the program, they help you build the right portfolio for your specific goals. In the final weeks, they conduct mock interviews, review your applications, and often make direct introductions within their professional network where appropriate.
Atlia graduates work across technology, financial services, healthcare, government, defence, media, retail, and consulting. In the US, our graduates have landed roles at Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Stripe, Bloomberg, Deloitte, JPMorgan, Palantir, and Series A–C AI startups. In the UK, graduates work at HSBC, Barclays, Deloitte UK, KPMG, Accenture UK, Cloudflare, Spotify, Airbnb EMEA, Rightmove, and UK government digital programmes. We specifically target the US and UK job markets and our programs are calibrated to those hiring environments.
Our career team remains engaged until you secure a qualifying role — there is no time limit. If you have completed the program, built your portfolio, engaged with the career sprint process, and are not receiving interview calls within 90 days, we escalate your case directly to a senior career coach for a full job search audit. We will review your applications, adjust your strategy, and in some cases re-engage your mentor for additional mock interviews. We have a genuine interest in your outcome — it is the basis of our reputation.
